Sylvia RuthSMITHOriginally from Rhosesmor North Wales, but having lived in Tunstall, Stoke on Trent for much of her life, Sylvia passed away peacefully at home in Wistaston, Crewe surrounded by her loving family, aged 86 years. The beloved wife of the late Stan, dearly loved mum to Mandy and Karen, much loved mother-in-law to Linden and Norbert, loving nanna of Declan, Katie, Julian, Simon and Carina, cherished auntie to her many nephews and nieces. Treasured friend of David and Debra, loved as family. Sylvia embraced life with strength, humour and heart. Her warmth, wit and unshakeable resilience will be sadly missed. Funeral Service and Cremation at Crewe Crematorium on Thursday 17th July 2025 at 1.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations will be given to The British Heart Foundation.
